Everyone loves to personalize their meal and make it exactly what they want. These “Build Your Own” Bars make it possible for everyone to create their own flavors, work within their own dietary restrictions and, lets just say it…, have FUN doing this. Interactive and fun for your guests!

Build Your Own Taco Bar:

Choose one, two, or three kinds of Tacos for your guests to create their perfect tacos in either Corn or Flour Tortillas with the following toppings: Shredded Cabbage, Fresh Made Pico De Gallo, Fresh Chopped Onions, Fresh Chopped Cilantro, Crumbled Queso Fresco, Cholula/Tapatio and Guacamole….

Build Your Own Baked Potato Bar

Hot Baked pre-sliced PNW Grown Russet Potatoes are ready to be filled by your guests with the following toppings: Sour Cream, Real Butter, Fresh Chopped Chives, Applewood Smoked Bacon Crumbles, Tillamook Sharp Shredded Cheddar, Caramelized Sweet Onions and Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers.

Build your Own Pasta Bar

So Much Pasta and So Little Room on Your Plate. Choose one or two kinds of Pasta Sauce (prices vary with each selections) for your guests to begin their creation and then choose your Pasta Style. Guests can then top their choice with Shredded Parmesan, Chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Italian Parsley, Chiffonade of Fresh Basil, Blanched or Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes and Chopped Onions.

Build Your Own Sloppy Joe Bar

Talk about the ultimate Comfort Food (We highly recommend the Baked Potato Bar or Macaroni and Cheese Bar to partner with this!)…Choose One or Two Fillings (Prices Vary with each selection) and watch your guests smile as they are taken back to their childhood as the rich sauce covers their happy faces. Then they can top it with the following Ingredients: Shredded Tillamook Cheddar, Chopped Onions, Pleasant Valley Dill Pickle Slices, Crushed Tims Cascade Potato Chips, Fresh Baked Buns, Tobasco and Roasted Garlic Cloves.

Build Your Own Slider Bar

What is a “Slider”? It is a bite size “burger” style hot sandwich, meaning they are served hot and on an Artisan or Classic Mini bun. These are the ultimate appetizer or addition to any Entree menu! They are made with ANY type of protein you want. The more creative…the better! Guests will build their own delicious creation with a variety of partnering ingredients. Just ask and we will create!
