Action Stations

All of our Menus can be tailored to suit Gluten Free, Organic or Vegetarian appetites. Below are just a few samples of the possibilities. Chef Anna is always more than happy to mix, match and adjust to suit everyone’s taste and budget.

Action Stations

Most Action Stations require On Site Chef Fees. However, MOST Items listed can also be done without being an action station and no On Site Chef Fee.

***NEW ITEM*** THE SLOPPY JOE BAR

Talk about the ultimate Comfort Food (We highly recommend the Baked Potato Bar or Macaroni and Cheese Bar to partner with this!)…Choose One or Two Fillings (Prices Vary with each selection) and watch your guests smile as they are taken back to their childhood as the rich sauce covers their happy faces. Then they can top it with the following Ingredients: Shredded Tillamook Cheddar, Chopped Onions, Pleasant Valley Dill Pickle Slices, Crushed Tims Cascade Potato Chips, Fresh Baked Buns, Tobasco and Roasted Garlic Cloves.

THE PASTA STATION

Your Guests will love having their Pasta Tossed Fresh in front of them! Chef Gordon has created a unique interactive Station that serves Pasta at its peak! Your guests will move through the Buffet Line and be served their freshly tossed Pasta. Your Guests will Love this unique Buffet experience.

THE PAELLA STATION

Paella made fresh on site in the Traditional Pans of Spain. Guests watch as our Chef heats the pans and starts the rice. Ingredients are slowly added as the savory smell of the fresh, local and seasonal ingredients cook. Then…

THE RISOTTO STATION

Do you LOVE Risotto but know it doesn’t hold in a Buffet Line? Chef Gordon has the answer to including this wonderful dish in your Event. The Risotto is made fresh in front of you and your Guests! As your Guests move through the Buffet Line, they will watch as each fresh batch of Risotto is cooked and served at the precise texture and moment!
Your Guests will Love this unique Buffet experience.

THE SLIDER STATION

What is a “Slider”? It is a bite size “burger” style hot sandwich, meaning they are served hot and on an Artisan or Classic Mini bun. These are the ultimate appetizer or addition to any Entree menu! They are made with ANY type of protein you want. The more creative…the better! Guests get to build their own!

THE CARVING STATION

There is nothing better than freshly carved meat. This option allows guests to have their meats carved fresh in front of them, allowing the meat to have rested and set up to be served perfectly!
