At At Crescent Moon Catering, we offer private tastings for select menus and service styles, giving you the opportunity to experience your customized menu prior to your event.
Before tasting availability can be discussed, a proposal must first be created and accepted. This allows our team to establish your event menu and service style, as tasting availability is dependent upon the specific menu and type of service selected.
Once your proposal has been accepted, our team can determine whether a tasting is available for your event. Due to the nature of our catering services and the preparation required for certain dishes, not all menus, service styles, or individual menu items are available for tastings.
When available, private tastings are $150 per person for up to four guests and are hosted by appointment only in our intimate tasting room.
Please note that even when a tasting is available, certain menu items may not be offered due to preparation requirements, batch sizes, or cooking methods. Items such as Prime Rib and Brisket are examples of dishes that are not available during tastings.
