Chef Anna finds inspiration in every place she visits, and her time in Ireland was no exception. Wandering the rolling countryside, sharing stories in cozy pubs, and connecting with local chefs deepened her appreciation for the heartwarming simplicity of Irish cuisine. From farm-fresh ingredients to rich, comforting gravies, every dish told a story of tradition and hospitality. Pairing these timeless flavors with the bounty of the Pacific Northwest was a natural next step, bringing a taste of Ireland’s rustic charm to every plate.
