Our Action Stations offer a unique, interactive dining experience that elevates any event. With each station, our talented chefs prepare food right in front of your guests, ensuring that every dish is freshly made to order.

From our pasta station, where your guests can enjoy custom pasta creations, to the sizzling paella and creamy risotto options, each station brings its own flair. Our meat carving station allows guests to watch as tender cuts are expertly sliced to their liking.

Please note, all of our Action Stations require a chef on-site, which does come with an additional fee. However, the experience is well worth it—your guests will be treated to a memorable culinary experience that’s as much about the process as it is the flavor.

All of our Menus can be tailored to suit Gluten Free, Organic or Vegetarian appetites. Below are just a few samples of the possibilities. Chef Anna is always more than happy to mix, match and adjust to suit everyone’s taste and budget.

As guests move through the buffet line, they’ll be treated to a personalized experience, with each plate of pasta freshly prepared and expertly tossed just for them. It’s a fun, flavorful twist on the traditional buffet that’s sure to leave a lasting impression!

Prepared in traditional Spanish pans, our Chef will expertly heat the pans and start the rice, gradually adding fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
