Dishwasher
As a dishwasher, you’ll work primarily in our kitchen, playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced and physical position, perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and supporting the team behind the scenes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Assisting with basic kitchen cleanup and closing duties
- Supporting the kitchen team as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Compensation:
- Starting at minimum wage and up

Head Cook
We’re seeking someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced catering environment. This role is ideal for someone who is finishing culinary school and will be ready to step into the position by May 2026.
What You’ll Do
- Take charge of the stovetop and oversee event food preparation.
- Ensure all event food is prepped, cooked, and ready on time.
- Write prep lists and execute recipes created by Chef Anna.
- Cook for a variety of event sizes, from intimate dinners of 20 guests to 200+ guests, often with multiple events in a single day.
- Occasionally travel onsite to different venues for Chef on Site experiences (paella stations, risotto stations, carving stations, and more).
What We’re Looking For
- Culinary school graduate (or equivalent experience), ready to begin by May 2026.
- Comfortable working weekends—especially in the summer months when our season is at its peak.
- Ability to work long, fast-paced kitchen shifts during the busy season.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage prep lists, timing, and event execution.
- Flexibility to step into both kitchen and onsite event settings.
What to Expect
- Hours are not guaranteed—catering is a seasonal business, and while there may be work year-round, the majority of hours will be June through September. During peak season, you may work upwards of 40 hours per week, but hours will vary.
- Pay starts at $23/hour and will be evaluated based on experience.
