Chef Anna Gordon, owner of Crescent Moon Catering, has worked in the culinary world for well over 18 years, honing and defining her unique style.  Over the past 7 years, Chef Gordon has spent time in Los Angeles training with some of the top chefs seen today on television as well as top restauranteurs.  She has also had the opportunity to infuse many cultural ingredients into her foods, giving her flavors a bit of an international boost.  Her distinct style of cooking combines what many people refer to as “Comfort Foods” with French cooking techniques and an eco conscious approach.  Using renewable resources, local produce and meats as much as possible, seasonal selections and organic foods, Chef Gordon encourages the foods she creates to blossom into the delectable bites that she is known for in the industry (numerous culinary awards have been awarded to her, including Best Caterer of the Year, Best Food by a Catererer…etc).  However, don’t be thrown off by this approach, Chef Gordon also relishes creating the perfect menu for her clients, catering to their wants and needs and translating her Clients personality through the foods.  Chef Gordon prides herself on LISTENING to the Client, working within budgets and creating the feast that they desire.  No job is too quaint or too big.  Chef Gordon has done events from 10 people for a plated 6 course meal to 300 people for either a buffet style meal or sit down plated service.
