Action Stations
An Action Station is a feature in food service where the featured dish is either assembled, carved or cooked fresh in front of guests.  This allows for the food to be at the PEAK of freshness at all times!
All of our Menus can be tailored to suit Gluten Free or Vegetarian appetites. Below are just a few samples of the possibilities. Chef Anna is always more than happy to mix, match and adjust to suit everyone's taste and budget.

Your Guests will love having their Pasta Tossed Fresh in front of them!  Chef Gordon has created a unique interactive Station that serves Pasta at its peak!  Your guests will move through the Buffet Line and be served their freshly tossed Pasta.  Your Guests will Love this unique Buffet experience.

Do you LOVE Risotto but know it doesn’t hold in a Buffet Line?  Chef Gordon has the answer to including this wonderful dish in your Event.  The Risotto is made fresh in front of you and your Guests!  As your Guests move through the Buffet Line, they will watch as each fresh batch of Risotto is cooked and served at the precise texture and moment!  Your Guests will Love this unique Buffet experience.

Paella made fresh on site in the Traditional Pans of Spain.  Guests watch as our Chef heats the pans and starts the rice.  Ingredients are slowly added as the savory smell of the fresh, local and seasonal ingredients cook.  Then...

What is a “Slider”?  It is a bite size “burger” style hot sandwich, meaning they are served hot and on an Artisan or Classic Mini bun.  These are the ultimate appetizer or addition to any Entree menu!  They are made with ANY type of protein you want.  The more creative...the better!  Guests get to build their own!
